Rosco is one of the great characters that I have been fortunate to meet while out on the road shooting my ‘Harley People’ book.
Rosco is as well known for his crazy patchwork denim jeans as he is for his 1933 VL Harley which is his daily rider. He is usually to be found rooting through boxes of old parts at swapmeets.
